These characters are a race of not so good robots that inhabit my book worlds.

They will replace damaged limbs with found items such as wood blocks and pieces of metal. They also carry lots of stuff.

I usually start with a piece that looks like a face and the character comes from that.

With multiple characters, I would mould the patterns and cast out what is needed.

Multiple castings is a great way to individualize the characters.

They do tend to like blowing holes in the environment as opposed to walking around it.
